As a counsellor, I am committed to providing a secure and supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts and emotions. I am here to listen and assist you on your journey toward healing and personal development. I aim to facilitate meaningful, positive, and long-lasting changes in your life.

Francesca Pippo
I hold a BSc in Psychology and a BSc in International Relations, along with a PGDip Level 7 Psychodynamic Practice. I am an accredited member of the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society (NCPS.
With extensive experience working in CAMHS, hospitals, schools, universities, and charities, I have developed a strong foundation in mental health support. My specialisations include grief counselling, perinatal difficulties, baby loss, stillbirth, trauma, and neurodivergence, allowing me to provide compassionate care tailored to individual needs.
My approach
My counselling approach is tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. I primarily utilize a psychodynamic modality, focusing on understanding the root causes of emotional and psychological challenges. This allows us to explore deeper issues and foster meaningful change. Together, can work towards achieving better mental well-being and personal growth.

My counselling room has been designed to create a calming and warm atmosphere, allowing you to unwind and embark on your healing journey.

Talking therapy
In-person talking therapy sessions are available to adults, children, and young people (5-17). I am specialised in grief counselling, stillbirth and baby loss, peri-natal difficulties, neurodivergence, and trauma. I support people experiencing stress, chronic pain/illnesses, relationship difficulties, anxiety, and low moods.

Parenting support sessions
Parenting support sessions are available to parents having difficulties understanding and managing their children's distress, setting healthy boundaries, and adjusting to neurodivergent needs. I offer support aimed at facilitating attunement and repairing the relationships with your children and teenagers, by fostering self-awareness, self-reflection and practical strategies to create a low-arousal environment.

Creative and somatic-informed therapy
Creative and somatic therapy sessions are great for connecting with your inner emotions in a
safe and supportive way.
I use a variety of creative tools to help you express your emotions in a holistic way. There is no need for you to be good at art to engage in creative therapies; I will tailor my approach to your needs and preferences.

Tailored Experiences- Online and hybrid counselling
Online counselling offers several advantages. First, it provides greater accessibility, allowing clients to seek help from the comfort of their home, which can be especially beneficial for those with mobility issues or busy schedules. Additionally, often reduces wait times for appointments, enabling quicker access to therapy.
